This is very good directory software. I haven't used many but it had most of the features I was looking for and then some. I had installed v2103 and now with v22, they have raised the bar little more. One thing I would have liked is integration with popular CMS (Joomla/Mambo/phpnuke etc). Having plugins for some popular CMSs and Blogs would attract more audience. Customer service has been very responsive. They even try to suggest small custom code modifications for the customers. I would easily rate them 4+ out of 5.
